This finca offers the highly desirable combination of privacy and luxury beach living surrounded by exotic landscaping which includes seasoned rainforest trees, making it an unsurpassable location in which to enjoy a tropical retreat. Built in 2007, the finca offers 24 rooms in 11 villas. Guests are welcomed to this air-conditioned establishment in a lobby with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and cloakroom. Facilities include a TV lounge, breakfast and dining rooms, car park and garage. For additional fees, guests may make use of the Internet access, room and laundry services and the bicycle hire.
The finca's design concept incorporates privacy, comfort and luxury with all villas featuring an open-plan kitchen and living and dining areas with direct views of a private swimming pool and garden. The bedrooms are spacious with king-size beds and all are complete with en suite bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and hairdryer. In-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, hifi, Internet access, safe and washing machine. The kitchenettes have a fridge and microwave. The air conditioning is individually regulated.
The private swimming pools allow guests to enjoy swimming and sunbathing in the privacy of their own villa. The gym and health spa, offering massage and spa treatments (fees apply), are also available for those who would like to keep fit during the holiday. Sun loungers have been laid out on the sun terrace ready for use, while guests may also like to use the hot tub and indoor swimming pool. Biking is an additional option (fees apply). Sun loungers can be hired on the nearby beach.

Located in the heart of the Seminyak area, the finca is only 5 minutes from the beach. It is approximately 25 minutes' drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport (about 7 km away).
