The 2-storey fincas were built in 2008 and include air conditioning, lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. A restaurant and car park can also be found at the resort and room and laundry services are available. Guests may hire bicycles on site.
Kanishka Villa features 15 units of 2-bedroom pool villas. Each KANISHKA villa has two spacious, superbly appointed bedrooms, and en-suite bathrooms, each with bathtub, shower and 2 vanities. With Jim Thompson fabrics in abundance, the interiors take KANISHKA villas into the realm of 5 star hotels. Living arrangements are centered on the generous and inviting private swimming pool - large relaxing sofas, wide open dining, fully equipped kitchen, sundeck with loungers. Kanishka villa is also equipped with 42 inch television, sound system, dvd, and high speed internet access.

5 kms to the nearest airport (ngurah rai)
Superbly located in the heart of Bali's vibrant Seminyak Area, the town centre is approximately a 5-minute car journey from the resort. The tourist centre of Kuta is around a 15-minute drive and Seminyak beach is about a 5-minute drive from the resort. There is direct access from both the Sunset and Legian Roads, where the villas are nestled down a quiet lane. The resort is also just a 15-minute drive from the Bali's International Airport.
