Positive: The cleanliness and the smell inside the property.

Positive: The view was amazing, the position of the building is great.
Negative: I did not have a hair dryer and the shower was kind of small, also had a drain issue
Positive: The only thing that worth mentioned is the the fact that is right on the beach. Everything else is a big disappointment. To bad because the location is great.
Negative: Full payment (420 RON; 86 EUR/ one night) and reservation was made with 3 weeks before, without cancelation option, although when I' arrived at the location, my name wasn't on the receptionist "list". According to him I was a "lucky person" because one room was still available. Though I payed for a double room with an extra bed included, the room was just a double. The reception service is available just a couple of hours per day. The main door is always open without access control. The bathroom is in a miserable condition. The ventilation exhaust fan was not working. The shower cabin doors were literally falling down on a simple touch and the shower drainage was clogged with water reaching the ankles during a quick shower. Think twice if you travel by car because the parking is limited (5 spaces for 15-16 rooms), with narrow spaces literally on what was suppose to be the front terrace of the "hotel" with access from the promenade street.
