With 20 rooms in an intimate boutique setting and offering all the convenience of a modern hotel, the hotel was converted from a five-storey 1950s apartment building and opened for business in February 2009. The air-conditioned building comprises a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, lift access and breakfast room. All rooms come with electronic key card system. The Mustafa Centre offers 24-hour shopping and is about a 7-minute walk away and the Singapore Art Museum and Raffles City both take about 15 minutes to reach on foot. From the hotel, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Little India MRT station and travelling by car, it takes about 5-10 minutes to the city and 20-25 minutes to Changi Airport which is approximately 17 km away.
